It’s with great pride that I announce that Chantal has completed her residential real estate courses and has successfully passed her final exam. She will be joining me at Via Capitale Centre as of December 1, 2015.
What does this mean for Vaillancourt & associates?
As an official residential real estate broker, Chantal will continue to work as my right hand but with an additional focus on sales.
Her strongest assets being communication and people skills, her new certification will allow us to give an even greater service to our clientele. Chantal has a unique ability to connect people together, she knows how to determine people’s needs and quickly find effective solutions. Her network is growing every day and her ability to remember small details about people is simply fascinating.
Together, we will make an even stronger team and will serve our clients with a greater scope. Two agents for the price of one! I will continue to focus on business strategies, marketing, property evaluations, client relations and negotiations and Chantal will do more in the areas of customer service, administrative work and of course, sales.
Do not hesitate to communicate with her to congratulate her in her determination to get the courses done quickly and in successfully completing her exam.
Chantal received her Attestation of College Studies diploma with the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec.
