She will be joining me at Via Capitale Centre as of December 1, 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif;color: #333333\">What does this mean for Vaillancourt &amp; associates?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif;color: #333333\">As an official residential real estate broker, Chantal will continue to work as my right hand but with an additional focus on sales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif;color: #333333\">Her strongest assets being communication and people skills, her new certification will allow us to give an even greater service to our clientele. Chantal has a unique ability to connect people together, she knows how to determine people\u2019s needs and quickly find effective solutions. Her network is growing every day and her ability to remember small details about people is simply fascinating.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif;color: #333333\">Together, we will make an even stronger team and will serve our clients with a greater scope. Two agents for the price of one!
