Many are hundreds of years old. You&#8217;re also going to have more restrictions on renovation and construction to preserve the character of the era. Here, the majority of single-storey homes date from the 1960s-1980s. The neighborhoods are homogeneous and relatively easy to access via autoroutes 13, 640 or boul. The neighborhood also includes the Saint-Eustache hospital, as well as several stores and services. Mostly from 2000-2010. There&#8217;s a large condo development, and then to the east, the development of Saint-Eustache&#8217;s most prestigious properties. Plusieurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sont en zonage agricole et obligent d\u2019exploiter cet usage. Futurs fermiers\u00a0: bienvenues.
